2025년 의결권 위임 투표는 7월 21일까지 제출하셔야 하며, cfainstitutehelp@mg.electionservicescorp.com 에서 발송된 이메일에서 개인화된 투표 링크를 확인해 주세요.
해당 이메일에서 “Vote Now” 버튼을 클릭하면 투표 페이지로 이동합니다. 선택을 완료한 후 화면 하단의 “Continue” 버튼을 눌러 확인 단계로 넘어가시고, 마지막으로 “Submit” 버튼을 눌러야 투표가 공식적으로 완료됩니다.
투표에는 5분도 채 걸리지 않습니다.

(★중요★) 참고로, 이번 회원총회의 투표 안건 중에 현재 CFA Institute 신임 이사(Governor) 선임을 위한 투표가 진행 중입니다. CFA Institute의 이사회(BOG: Board of Governors)는 전 세계 21만 명 이상의 CFA Institute 회원을 대표하는 최고 의사결정기구로, 당연직 이사인 회장을 포함해 총 14명의 이사로 구성됩니다.
이번 신임 이사 선출과 관련하여, 허경욱 CFA께서 최종 후보로 투표 명단에 오르셨습니다. 허경욱 CFA께서는 CFA한국협회의 원로이시자, 전 재정기획부 1차관 및 OECD 대사 등을 역임하셨으며, 현재는 법무법인 태평양에서 고문으로 활동 중이십니다. 허경욱 CFA께서 이사회(BOG) 이사로 선임되신다면, 이는 한국 최초의 사례일 뿐만 아니라, CFA한국협회는 물론 CFA Institute의 발전에도 크게 기여하실 것이라 믿습니다.

Check your inbox for a personalized voting link in emails sent to you from cfainstitutehelp@mg.electionservicescorp.com to submit your 2025 proxy vote by the 21 July deadline. From the email, simply click the “Vote Now” button to reach the ballot page. After making your selections, scroll to the bottom of the ballot and click the “Continue” button to reach the vote verification page. To officially cast your vote, be sure you click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.
Voting takes less than 5 minutes.

Please note that one of the key items on the agenda for the upcoming Annual Meeting of Members is the election of new Governors to the CFA Institute Board of Governors (BOG).
The Board of Governors is the highest decision-making body of CFA Institute, representing over 200,000 members worldwide. It is composed of 14 members, including the President and CEO who serves as an ex-officio member.
We are pleased to share that Kyung-Wook Hur, CFA, has been nominated as a final candidate for this year’s Governor election. Mr. Hur is a highly respected senior member of CFA Society Korea and has held prominent positions including First Vice Minister of Strategy and Finance of Korea and Ambassador to the OECD. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, a leading Korean law firm.
If elected, Mr. Hur would be the first Korean Governor in CFA Institute’s history. His appointment would not only be a significant milestone for CFA Society Korea, but also a meaningful contribution to the future direction and global reach of CFA Institute.
